OpenAsset was the solution that did everything we wanted. We could store images and digital files in simple categories of our choosing, we could search the entire system if necessary to find an image and, crucially, we could drop images into presentations with ease.

Access Levels

OpenAsset allows you to control who has access to images with the access levels feature. An image can be assigned to one of three access levels:

  1. Unapproved - Only marketing / graphics can see the image

  2. Internal Use - All your normal users can see the image

  3. External Use - If your PR agency or client has a login they can see the image

Marketing teams have the ability to change access levels according to requirements. This feature can be easily set using the access levels control of the category permissions editor.
