Contact Sheets
Customised contact sheets can be generated at the click on a button from OpenAsset. Contact sheets can be created from an album.
The layout of the contact sheet can be customised. Users can decide whether to create Portrait or Landscape contact sheets, as well specifying the number of images per row and per page. Some basic information from the database such as the access level or project code and name can also be added. Once generated these contact sheets can easily be printed.

We didn't expect the database to be perfectly keyworded from day one. This is something that evolves with time, but the initial benefits of moving them into OpenAsset were still huge.
