Download Requests
The download request feature allows users to ask for access to higher resolution images.
Users must provide an explanation of why they need the images. An email notification is then sent to the people in charge of approving requests.
Once the download request has been approved the user will get an email with a link to a download page. The person approving the request can choose how many times the images can be downloaded and set an expiration date.

OpenAsset was the solution that did everything we wanted. We could store images and digital files in simple categories of our choosing, we could search the entire system if necessary to find an image and, crucially, we could drop images into presentations with ease.
