Digital images and brand assets have become vital tools for all professionals. Used in business development, marketing, reports, and for referencing. Images are the common currency for your professionals to communicate their vision and abilities to clients. But with this change in the use of images new issues have been raised.

Searching for images to use in presentations, reports and brochures is a major headache. Increased use of digital cameras means the number of image files has exploded, therefore the time employees spend searching for images is increasing fast.

Even when you find the image the problems are not over. The original highest quality image may be too large to put in the presentation. But with no time to spare it goes in the document anyway, making the file too large to print or email.
