OpenAsset 3.0 released

After substantial feedback from clients on how to improve OpenAsset Axomic are pleased to announce the launch of OpenAsset 3.0. The new upgrade represents offers significant improvements in managing project i mages.

OpenAsset 3.0 contains the following features upgrades:

1) New look and feel OpenAsset 3 has a new set of icons and a cleaner layout. This will improve the usability and speed of adoption by new users.

2) Shared Albums Albums of image can now be shared with other users. OpenAsset 3 will allow you to specify who can see your albums, if you wish you will also be able to let people add to your Albums.

3) Access Levels OpenAsset 3 introduces the concept of "Access Levels", which will help you control exactly who has access to an image. Useful for marketing teams to control workflow and the quality of images used in presentations and other documents.

4) Project keywords In OpenAsset 3 you will be able to automatically assign keywords to all images within a particular project. This will reduce the time it takes to manage the most common project keywords. e.g. Images from a housing project might have "housing", "residential" & "urban" assigned to them automatically.

5) New uploader OpenAsset 3 will have a new simplified way of uploading images. The new uploader will reduce the time it takes cataloguing images in OpenAsset, and with a simplified workflow new users will find it easier to get up and running fast.

6) Multiple Active Domain support OpenAsset 3 will support multiple Active Directory / LDAP domains. If you have multiple offices with independent Active Directory domains, OpenAsset will be able to automatically authenticate users from any of them.

OpenAsset upgrades are free to all support customers.
