Image Keywords

The simplicity of OpenAsset's search features are based on a sound understanding of how to create keyword categories that are both easy to use, and easy to manage.

Advanced search in OpenAsset allows you to search for particular keywords such as 'Public'. If you then want to combine this with another keyword such as 'Library' all images which have been tagged with these keywords will be returned.

Project Keywords in OpenAsset allow you to automatically assign keywords to all images within a particular project. This reduces the time it takes to manage the most common project keywords. Images from a housing project might have "housing", "residential" & "urban" assigned to them automatically

Keywords are very easy to administer. Adding keyword categories and keywords is done by the administrator. Once a well defined library has been created, you can use the keyword management tool in OpenAsset to check if keyword categories are being used. You can then add and delete new keywords as appropriate.
