Simple Keywords

The simplicity of OpenAsset's search features are based on a sound understanding of how to create keyword categories that are both easy to use, and easy to manage.

Project Keywords

OpenAsset allows you to automatically assign keywords to all images within a particular project. This reduces the time it takes to manage the most common project keywords. Images from a housing project might have "housing", "residential" & "urban" assigned to them automatically

Easy Administration

Keywords are very easy to administer. Adding keyword categories and keywords is done by the administrator. Once a well defined library has been created, you can use the keyword management tool in OpenAsset to check if keyword categories are being used. You can then add and delete new keywords as appropriate.
