OpenAsset Support

Axomic offer a comprehensive support and maintenance package for OpenAsset. Support service includes all upgrades to the software within a 12 month period. The annual support service is charged at 20% of the software server license. By joining the annual support service benefits include:

    • Upgrades - All software upgrades are free of charge
    • User Group Membership - Clients meet to discuss new features developments of OpenAsset, and share ideas on how to improve usage of the system
    • Helpdesk - Unlimited telephone and email access to OpenAsset customer support managers.

Upgrades

All upgrades for OpenAsset are completely free for clients on the support service. Upgrades to OpenAsset are the result of feedback from clients, and discussion forums such as the user group meeting. All of our customers are invited to attend and offer feature ideas for the next round of development.
