Themes
With OpenAsset, you can customize the look and feel to match your intranet or website branding.
For example, you can finely control the colours, borders, drop shadows and fonts. You can also add your logo and all and customize the templates, such as those used for PowerPoint creation.
With the sophisticated security model in OpenAsset, you can also assign certain users or groups to use particular themes. For example, some users may need to use high contrast themes for improved accessibility.

OpenAsset was the solution that did everything we wanted. We could store images and digital files in simple categories of our choosing, we could search the entire system if necessary to find an image and, crucially, we could drop images into presentations with ease.
