Requirements

Project images are a valuable resource used in presentations and reports by most people in the company at some time or another. They may not actually create the end document, although often they do, but they need to be able to search and quickly find the right images. Reference image are used for inspiration.

The marketing and PR workgroup need access to images at multiple sizes for many different uses, such as the production of brochures or publication materials. Images need to be quickly shared around the company, and are a key resource for marketing. The volume of image files is a real headache to manage.
