Configurable Menu
The menu in OpenAsset reflects your level of privileges. For users who only need to find images the menu is very simple, it will contain just the ability to search or browse.
If you want to collect images into albums, create documents or upload images you will see more options. The current section in OpenAsset that you are looking at is marked on the menu.
For advanced users, less frequently used options are grouped together into an expandable tree menu. You can also pin the left menu so it is always visible when you scroll up or down the page.

OpenAsset was the solution that did everything we wanted. We could store images and digital files in simple categories of our choosing, we could search the entire system if necessary to find an image and, crucially, we could drop images into presentations with ease.
