Web Based

OpenAsset runs in a web browser and is visual and intuitive. Many of our clients have an easy link to OpenAsset on their intranet. Your company branding is used in the interface ensuring a consistent look and feel with other applications.

Intranet Integration

Links to a set of images can be published anywhere on your intranet, for example project images can be displayed alongside other project information such as contacts, or drawings. OpenAsset can be easily integrated with other portals, we provide an open API and development tools for integration with your intranet.

The software and database run from a server in your office, you back up all the data, and the files are stored in your file store. Because OpenAsset is web-based, images can be accessed from anywhere - from home, site offices or even a hotel room.

Remote Access

Clients or journalists can easily access some of your images over the web. OpenAsset allows your administrator to set up flexible permission based access. Simply create a user login for the journalist or client and when they securely login they will only be able to view the set of images you have approved. Using OpenAsset's album feature is the perfect tool for sharing images across the web with your external partners.
